What's included?
Unlimited desk access on the second floor co-working area, including the fixed workstations and compact work booths.

Unlimited use of the soundproofed private phone booths for calls, video meetings, and focused moments (fair usage policy)

8 hours of Thought Lounge or Launch Pad meeting room use each month, bookable in 30-minute blocks

Second floor locker access, so you can leave your essentials at the House

Up to two House events per month, drawn from our wider programme of talks, workshops, and gatherings

Ten Monthly Honesty Bar credits

Printing access via the second floor print station

Creative Concierge introductions, helping you connect with the right people across the community

Bike storage, Wi-Fi, unlimited tea and coffee, shower and bathroom facilities, and light admin support

Shared membership option:
The Studio is also available as a shared membership, designed for two named individuals who'd like to share access between them, ideal for business partners or colleagues who don't need to be in the House at the same time.
Shared members may not occupy the workspace simultaneously, and both must sign the Shared Membership Addendum.

Additional bookings
The Future Room, Spark Studio, and other meeting spaces are available to book at standard hire rates whenever you need them.

Spark Studio podcast sessions can also be booked at £120 per hour, with optional production support available as a paid add-on.
